Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a processing date in accordance with the item.

Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can only return an item when it's unopened and is in the same condition as when you first received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
